✓ Deposit – Collect deposits from tenants and register with TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme)

✓ Rent – Rent collection and arrears management

✓ Tenancy agreement – Create tenancy agreement and obtain signatures

✓ Quarterly inspections – Carry our regular inspections and report back any concerns

✓ Maintenance – React to maintenance reports quickly and efficiently, advising landlords accordingly

✓ Certificates – Organise the renewal of safety certificates

✓ Statements – Send monthly rent statements to landlords

✓ Renewals – Manage tenancy renewals
