Once you have decided Jesmond Exchange is the place for you, simply contact Exchange Residential to complete the booking forms and make payment of the non-refundable holding deposit equal to 1 months rent. Exchange Residential will then invite you into their office to complete the Tenancy documentation within 14 days.
Your rent payment options are as follows:

- Three equal instalments (with UK based guarantor)
- Two equal instalments (with UK based guarantor)
