Any costs which are incurred in rectifying faults which are found to be the result of tenant misuse will be recharged to the tenants accordingly.
It is the tenants’ responsibility to replace all missing or defective bulbs (including all appliance bulbs) as per clause 4(h) of your tenancy agreement.
