Any costs which are incurred in rectifying faults which are found to be the result of tenant misuse will be recharged to the tenants accordingly.
It is the tenants’ responsibility to replace all missing or defective bulbs (including all appliance bulbs) as per clause 4(h) of your tenancy agreement.
Please note if your enquiry is an out of hours emergency please call 07739 615 690. This must not be used for general maintenance or lock outs. If you misplace your key, you will need to seek alternative accommodation until the office re-opens.
