- Fee: One month’s rent (including VAT)

- Collection of the first month’s rent

- Check-Out report (£144.00 including VAT, optional)
Fully Managed Service Fees
- Fee: 60% of one month’s rent plus 14.4% of monthly rent (including VAT)
- Our Fully Managed Service covers:
- Collection and remittance of monthly rent (less commission)
- Pursuit of rent arrears and expert advice on non-payment issues
- Deduction of commission and any agreed works
- Quarterly property visits, coordinating repairs, and contractor management
